Sam Archer and the Armed Response Unit have never met up with a more dastardly, bitter and extremely dangerous group of men. These guys were out for revenge--and they were heading for a select group of men. It wasn't until after one man committed suicide and two other were killed that the head of the ARU figured out who they were and who else they were after.
The unit set about trying to save the rest of the targeted group---who ends up dead--who is saved. More important--are they able to stop these guys in whatever from possible.

Three men have already been killed that morning. One committed suicide by the River Thames. Another was strangled in his car in Washington D.C. This enemy is more proficient and deadly than any they've ever encountered.
