This is not a sponsored post!!

As most of you know--I am all about books (or mostly!). I read this trilogy by Stephen Douglass back in 2015 and have never forgotten it. This giveaway is being given by me and is part of a book hop hosted by It Starts at Midnight and Versatileer. Now on to the reviews of this marvelous trilogy. I have copied/pasted my original review below each one.

Book Review-THE BRIDGE TO CARACAS: (THE KING TRILOGY Book 1):

This is one of the fastest moving suspense novels I have read in a while. Underneath it all GREED is a powerful motivator which can ultimately grab in it's clutches both criminal minds and seemingly good and honest people. The oil industry with it's billions to be had in profits is where the action takes place. Within this story there are a couple of star-crossed lovers. Although this could conceivably happen-and may have partially according to the authors bio-I truly think that regulating the oil business is a VERY good and worthwhile occupation for governments! Without giving out any more of the plot I will leave you with this thought. After I read the last page I high tailed it back to Amazon and purchased the next two books in this series which I will be reading and reviewing at a later time.

Book Review-THE TAINTED TRUST (THE KING TRILOGY Book 2)

You definitely should read the 1st book in this series The Bridge to Caracas ( see my review of that book here ) before reading this one. A lot takes place that you won't quite get unless you do. I have already purchased the 3rd in this series. Stephen Douglas really knows how to captivate his readers. The political intrigue intertwined with the Wall Street collapse is vividly portrayed--as are the greedy commodity
traders. I can't recommend this series enough!!!!

Book Review-KERRI’S WAR (Volume Three of the King Trilogy)

This is the third and final book in the King Trilogy. If at all possible it was better then the first two which I loved. Again the action is non stop and at times heart stopping! The events of 911 figure prominently in this novel. A company, with the exception of 4 people is decimated. Corporate intrigue, all too common in our investment world interspersed with corporate greed and shenanigans will have you thinking twice about putting your hard earned money onto investments. Kelli King, the President of the decimated company wants to help all the families--she has the means and against all odds finally rids her family of the ill gotten gains of Servito, her father's wife's first husband. But against all the odds will Kelli ever find true love and peace in her life? What is the cost of her honesty and integrity? Read this entire trilogy from Book 1 to Book 3 and read this fascinating account of a family over generations.

Thank you for sharing your reviews of this trilogy, these sound like thrilling stories and I am looking forward to reading them all. I prefer eBooks now as unlike paperbacks, I can change the font size so I can actually see and read the words!
