Book Review-The Hunt for Enigma's Mother (Lambeth Group Thrillers) Gordon Bickerstaff

Monday, December 26, 2022

The Lambeth Group Thrillers are always non stop action--I think I have read every one of them. I can never seem to put them down until the very end. Lots of twists and turns along with some international spy goings on and a bit of medical thrown in for good measure.

When a 5 year old girl is abducted from her home everything gets really complicated. She is also the niece of Joss, ome of the Lambert Group people. She is taken by Sylvia Walsh and her Mom. That Mom is a terror!!

Meanwhile an EU group is trying to find something stolen at the same time and keep interfering with the search for the little girl.

Does everyone find what they are looking for? Warning--the ending is going to shock you!!!!

About the Author: (from Amazon)

I was born and raised in Glasgow but spent my student years in Edinburgh. On summer vacations, I learned plumbing, garden maintenance, and I cut the grass in the Meadows. I learned some biochemistry and taught it for a while before I retired to write fiction. I do some aspects of DIY moderately well and other aspects not so well. I live with my wife in Scotland where corrupt academics, mystery, murder and intrigue exists mostly in my mind. I have written the Gavin Shawlens series of thrillers: Deadly Secrets, Everything To Lose, The Black Fox, and Toxic Minds. More will come in due course. I enjoy walking in the hills, 60s & 70s music, reading and travel.
