This may contain spoilers Becky has been helping many people in this one. She agreed to go far from home to help another person. On her way home she was in a massive car/truck accident. She was saved by a man in one of the other vehicles but was out cold. She has no identification left in her possession. The doctor at the hospital luckily figured out was wrong internally and they operated--but she still did not wake up. She was in a dream world of tunnels trying to find her way back to her husband. She was also learning that everything someone did to/for one person was multiplied to many others.
This is another extraordinarily enlightening cozy which is clean and easy to read. You may need a few tissues along the way-but there is a very happy ending!
