I am really just curious--do you purchase one book at a time. That is how I prefer--of course I purchase so many I am really glad Amazon keeps track and lets me know if I have read it before! I do attempt to get only those free amd I usually have 5 or 6 waiting for me to read and review them! Yes, I do review each and every book I finish and not only put the review on my blog-but also on Amazon, Goodreads and Bookbub. There are so many places to get free e-books and the list keeps growing. Lately I have been "borrowing" them from Amazon Prime. Bookbub also has books either free or low cost sometimes. I used to prefer paperbacks but since my eyesight is not what it used to be--it is easier to read e-books.
Author's offer their books in hardcover, paperback, e-books and even audio book form. More and more they are offering sets in series they have written. It is very rare that I will buy a set--occasionally I will if the profits are going to a non profit organization--I would much rather get them 1 book at a time.
Anyone who follows my blog knows I read all sorts of books-different genres. I absolutely adore Time Travel and Historical Romance--but will read anything but hard core Erotica! Before purchasing I do read the blurbs to see what I am getting into!!
So my question to you is--what kinds of books do you prefer--how do you buy them (going to a library is always a good way)-do you prefer singles (even if it is a series)-or love getting those sets-e-book, paperback, hardcover or audio? I would love to read your responses!!
