Pic from Inside the Rustic Kitchin
Pizza Rustica (also known as Pizza Chiena or Pizza Ripiena) is a rustic Italian pie from southern Italy that's served during Easter. Depending on the region it can be made with a pizza dough crust or a pastry crust. (I found this from a Google search for Pizza Rustica.)
I did not make this myself but found a slice at a store I go to in Dobbs Ferry (Battaglia's). They have been there for ages and make some of the best takeout dishes-not to mention deli, sandwiches and lots of other things. It definitely looked like the pic above.
