Book Review-The Empty Space-Linda Watkins

Tuesday, July 20, 2021

Linda Watkins knows how to write a novel that will chill you to the bones! I have read a couple in this series previously-once I start reading I just have to finish in one sitting! I have read others that she has written and I have to say she is one of my favorite authors.

Kate Pomeroy is in hiding with her boyfriend. She had been abducted in a prior novel but managed to escape. The psycho who abducted her is determined to get her back. It's one of those "if he can't have her-no one can" scenarios. He manages to find them and shoots her boyfriend who has to be put into a medical induced coma before they can remove a bullet lodged too near his heart.

Meanwhile there are others after this guy and Kate is convinced to help them.

There are lots of twists and turns that will keep you guessing. If you haven't read the others in this series yet -this can be read as a stand alone!

About the Book: (from Amazon)

"A masterpiece of suspense"

Crack, crack, crack!

Three shots from a sniper’s rifle send Kate Pomeroy’s world spiraling into a deadly tailspin. Worried about the safety of those she loves, Kate sets out on a dangerous journey to bring an obsessive madman to justice. But unbeknownst to her, other forces are at play in this melodrama – twists, turns, crosses, and double-crosses – will she emerge victorious? Or, will she fall prey to the psychopath who wishes to, once again, enslave her?

The Empty Space is the fourth novel in the multi-award-winning Kate Pomeroy Gothic Mystery Series by USA Today bestselling author, Linda Watkins. The previous three novels (Storm Island, The Tao of the Viper, and Abducted) are also available on Amazon and can be read for **FREE**on #KindleUnlimited.
