$25 Amazon/PP-1-WW-Debra: Midlife Journey Series-Dianne Harman Ends 3/9

For many reasons women, when they reach a certain age, become miserable with the way they look, the way their life has gone or a myriad other reasons. I believe a lot of it has to do with the way "youth" is portrayed in our society. Instead of gracefully aging they attempt to act and dress younger then they are. This, in my opinion is a shame!

Debra will only date men much younger then herself--which has resulted in three divorces! To top that off she has a sister who really is a BIG problem and always has been. Her sister steals from everyone-including Debra and her ex's!

There are some twists and turns in this one you will not expect but should appreciate as Debra learns to let go of the toxic elements in her life and allows herself to be who she really is!

About the Book: (from Amazon)

Debra was a three-time loser in marriage She always chose men at least ten years younger To keep aging at bay

But when she finds out her childhood was a lie Everything changes Even her attraction to the older, handsome cop But she still has a hard time believing that Happy Ever After even exists. Sound familiar?

This is Debra’s story. If you’ve ever looked in the mirror and fought getting older, you’ll be able to understand Debra’s thinking. Younger men and lying about your age sure can help, but there comes a time…

This is Debra’s time. Is it yours?

My best friend, of over 20 years, became more and more toxic until the only thing left for me to do is walk away. I don't regret it at all. I'm just sorry it took me so long to do it, thinking she would get help. She never did. 3labsmom(at)gmail(dot)com

I don’t think I’ve had any truly toxic people in my life but I’ve had some that I could not connect with.

I have a hard time with toxic people bc I am one of those suckers who wants to believe that people are good but I know not all are. I have had many toxic people in my life but im finally getting strong enough to let them go

I have no problem with aging whatsoever...it's a natural part of life. As for toxic people, I try to avoid them. Unfortunately the one I can't cut out of my life is a family member. She is so negative most of the time, and I just try to not allow myself to succumb to her negativity or feed into it. I try to take anything she says with a grain of salt.

I've definitely had my problems. I was sucked into a toxic family and its very hard when you love someone. Eventually, you must do what is best for you and what makes you happy. You only live once..you must be happy!
