About the Book: (from Amazon)

There’s no place like home. Unless it’s stolen right out from underneath you.

Irene’s life is going pretty well. She’s married, expecting a baby, and fairly happy. Then, tragedy strikes, and now she’s on her own. She is forced to become a mail-order bride. She has no other choice. But can she really trust her life and her child to a man she’s never met?

Lincoln longs for a wife and family. Finally, he decides to get a mail-order bride. Everyone says that it’s easy, and that people are truthful in their ads. Well, his future wife might have been truthful, but she left out the small fact that she was expecting another man’s child. Lincoln doesn’t know if he can accept the baby as his own.

But when someone tries to steal his farm, Lincoln and Irene have bigger problems than the paternity of the child. Someone Lincoln trusts is making a land grab, and he has to stop it. But it’s not as easy as it seems. And soon, Lincoln is facing his worst-case scenario.

Will Lincoln and Irene be able to work together and save their ranch? Or will their differences tear their brand-new family apart and leave them without a place to call home?
