Book Review-Rain- Christopher L Puckett

This book reminded me somewhat of the super hero comics that used to be around when I was young--maybe they still are? At any rate Tyler has a super power which he tries to ignore--until he can't. Of course there is a girl with super powers she is also trying to hide. When Tyler stumbles upon his history high school teacher talking to some not very nice guys--he unwittingly gets involved. There is a LOT of action in this one. Can our hero save the world from the ancient Gods?

This book will hold your attention and I think your teens and maybe preteens will enjoy it as well. As I always say--before you hand a book over to your child--read it first!!

I think this book would really appeal to my nephews. They are tweens and teens, and they love this kind of superpowers, kid against the villains story.
