Book Review-Letting Go of Pain-Chariss K Walker

Tuesday, October 16, 2018

I grew up with a Mom who believed in Reiki and all different forms of eastern medical practices. One of her friends was a Master Reiki --she also became somewhat adept at it. I have always kept an open mind because of this. Meditation comes easily to me. Although I admit that sometimes pain is caused by internal forces that you have to let go in order to eradicate--not all are.

This is a thoughtful work which might help with some of the problems you encounter if you can master it. It may take time. But it is worth a try. Step by step instructions are given in easy to understand language. Word of advice--take your time reading this--and go back and read it again to fully grasp the concepts and methods.

About the Author: (from Amazon)

Award-winning author, Chariss K. Walker, M.Msc., writes both fiction and nonfiction books with a metaphysical and spiritual component. Her fiction expresses a visionary/metaphysical message that illustrates growth in a character's consciousness while utilizing a paranormal aspect. Her nonfiction books share insight, hope, and inspiration. Even though Chariss writes dark-fiction about insanely dark topics, such as sexual abuse, incest, pedophilia, sexual assault, and other inappropriate dinner conversation, there is always an essential question of the abstract nature that gives a reader increasing awareness and perception. All of her books are sold worldwide in eBook, paperback, and many are in large print. Click the "follow" button to find out when new books are released. I've tried Reiki and I believe it works IF the practitioner knows what they're doing. Thanks for posting!
