Whew--I certainly could use this. I live alone with my cat in an apartment. One of my neighbors has my keys just in case--but what if they are not home and something happens to me. I will need someone to obtain entry to take care of my cat!! This would also be a lifesaver for my Mom, who also lives alone (she will be 95 in Nov). Neighbors also have her keys--but they are not always home and it would take me a while to get to her if something was wrong!! Giving one of these to the super or better yet the police or fire dept would get either of us help very quickly without having to have our doors broken down! The peace of mind it would give me is immeasurable!

Being weather and tamper resistant is a big plus but knowing my family could get into my home in a time a crisis would be peace of mind for me. AND I would really like not having to turn a key on days when I'm having an arthritis flare!
I like that it has a keypad.
My favorite (two) features are 1. It is keyless!!! and 2. It can take up to 25 codes
