Where and How to Wear Scarves-an Infomercial

Thursday, February 12, 2015

Where ever I go, in all kinds of weather, I see men, women and children all wearing scarves. In the winter, at least around where I live a scarf is pretty much a necessity. It is cold out there, the last thing you want is your neck to be exposed to the elements. A soft woolen scarf can be wrapped around your neck in such a way as to hide half your face, allowing only your eyes to view the world. You can also view them peeking out of men's coat collars. One of the most used and appreciated Valentine's Day gifts I ever received was a cashmere scarf with matching gloves.

Then when the weather gets warmer scarves are used as accessories. They can be seen knotted and used as a belt, to hold your hair in place and just as a decorative statement around your neck. These scarves are usually made of lighter or silkier materials and can be knotted in various ways to make a definite fashion statement.

Look at the infomercial below to find out all about scarves!

I have totally used a scarf as a belt before but have never used it as an anklet. Those are all really great uses and ways to use a scarf.

As a guy, I wear them for one reason. To keep my face and neck warm!

I love to wear scarfs when I can. I don't get to wear them that often here in Arizona.

I've been struck down with Tonsalitis yesterday so a scarf was the first thing I put on. I only have a couple of scarves but there are some really gorgeous ones out there to buy.

I have to laugh at this. I have so many scarves, I just had to have my Hubs build me a place to keep them.

I don't like things restricting my neck, so I only pull one out when we are going to be out in the cold. I do admire pretty scarves as accessories when other women wear them though!

I like wearing scarves. Helpful since I am not that great at tying them to look good.

I would love to know how to tie a scarf in a fashion-forward way. Believe me, I've tried. I need a personal tutor for this one, lol. I love the looks on the chart...there's some fresh new ideas on there that are definitely appealing.

I want to be a scarf wearer, but can't figure it out. I buy them and they hang in my closet. Not bold enough, I guess...

I love wearing a scarf as a shawl. It is a great way to change the look of an outfit.
