Book Review- The Last Oracle: The SIbylline Trilogy (The Oracles Book 3)-Delia Colvin

Thursday, December 4, 2014

Another book that will have you reeling--good guys, bad guys--who is who? I simply loved this trilogy and can't wait to read the next book by Delia Colvin in Mists of Time. I love Greek mythology--those Gods always make me chuckle even if they are really not very nice. They sure like to get their own way. Does this story end like most Greek Mythology or will there be a happy ending? Read it--I am not telling!! I find it amazing that this author was able to sustain the modern times and combine it with mythology. What a great job!! And even better news--This trilogy will continue-it has become a saga!! Look for my review with a giveaway on 12/16!!!

They always say that authors should write what they want to read and it always shows when an author writes in a genre and topic that s/he wants to be in.

Danger, romance and mythology. That sounds like a great combination for a good story!

I've just realized recently that I know very very little about Ancient Greek or mythology. This book would be an interesting way to dive into it.

I like stories rooted in mythology. Those and sci fi seem to be the kind of books that I am drawn to.

I don't usually read these type of books but this sounds great. I would have to start from book one of course to really get the whole story.
