The Carson Family time travel saga continues. The 5 siblings with the people they have picked up on their travels are still looking for their parents--and their parents are still looking for them! They just keep missing each other and it has been almost 2 years now. Each new time period brings new, exciting and sometimes dangerous experiences.

It's Caitlin's turn. They are in 1962 and staying with the relatives of one of the others. These are darling people and you will grow to love them even as the Carson's did and I did. Caitlin and her twin Cody get the chance to go to college for a semester. It is an experience neither of them will forget!

Meanwhile their parents are still searching and come upon information that Caitlin is dead and buried. They decide to try and stop what happened by interfering with the time line. They are both devastated that they might have lost their baby! What they end up doing will astonish you--they don't think it worked--

This is a clean and sometimes heart rending series with plenty of laughs as well. Will these kids ever find their parents. Will the parents ever get to see their kids again along with their spouses and of course the grandchildren--It sounds like they might be getting closer. It will take at least 1 more novel in this series to find out for sure.

I have read the other 3 in this series and do recommend that they are read in sequence although they could be read as stand alone as well. You know that I will be waiting with bated breathe for Book 5 in this series!!

I received this book from the author for my enjoyment and the possibility of a review-All opinions are my own!

About the Book: (from Amazon)

Love, courage, and commitment take center stage as the Carsons, a family of time travelers, continue their saga in the great American West.

For the Carson children, ages 19 to 29, an unplanned stop in 1962 is a chance to grow. Adam, Greg, and Natalie begin lives with new spouses in Boulder, Colorado, while twins Cody and Caitlin get their first taste of college. All plan to resume the search for their missing parents as soon as they can.

For Tim and Caroline Carson, a planned stop in the rendezvous year of 1972 is a nightmare. While reading about their children's lives in 1962, they learn that one has crossed paths with a killer. Faced with limited options, they race back to the past to reroute history and prevent a series of murders.

In CAITLIN'S SONG, the fourth novel in the Carson Chronicles series, members of a modern family find romance, adventure, and terror as they seek answers and each other in four memorable eras of American history.

Wow what an unusual sounding series. I've never read of a time traveling family before but I will put it on my TBR list.
