At least once a year I purchase Kerrygold Pure Irish Grass-fed Butter . Why, you are probably wondering-------Well it is nearly Saint Patrick's Day and I spotted Irish Soda Bread while shopping the other day. I just can't resist Irish Soda Bread--and no butter tastes as delicious on that as Kerry's! A bit more expensive but worth every penny! So--once a year I splurge.

I don't bake but I will bet that using Kerry's sweet no salt butter (yes, they have a salted version) would make those baked goods taste even better then they do.

Okay, so that craving is satisfied----now on to corned beef and cabbage with boiled potatoes. The question is--will I make it myself this year or just go out to a Kosher Deli--yup--they make it too! Come to think about it--I'm in the mood for a Reuben sandwich!

I purchase butter when it is on sale, usually. However, this brand sounds like something I might be interested in trying! Thanks for sharing!
