This is a time travel book you are not likely to forget! Katherine and Iain are meant to be together. There is one small problem--Katherine lives in the present time--Iain lives in the 15th century!! They meet one fateful night in a Scottish castle--and that is all they have--one night. Katherine leaves behind one earring--all that proves to Iain that he was not dreaming. Neither forgets the other and then Katherine decides to try to make it back across the time barrier.

There are twists and turns and several ways this book could end--I was very happy that it ended the way it did.

Page is one very strong female and holds a lot of resentment inside--but then so does Iain. Iain has a heart of gold--but tries to appear rough and ready--he is the laird--appearances you know. These two have a lot in common but it takes a while for them to figure it all out!

I loved the entire story and the ending made me so happy!!

If you love romances with strong Scottish men and even stronger female counterparts--you will love this novel!!

Prior to a happening which switched on this gene--Alex was like any other teen boy--sports oriented and great at anything he did. The girls all wanted to be his girlfriend! He was also a marvelous big brother who really tried to take care of his little sister. His Mom was mostly in a drunk stupor--and his father--well--Then came that fateful day when Alex came home to eat dinner with his sister---

All hell breaks loose---

And the gene is fully activated!!

This is the first book in The Bradens & Montgomerys series and it was a great start to the next series in the Braden world. Grace Montgomery and Reed Cross have a "secret" history together and suddenly they are back in the same place and both have to acknowledge that their feelings for each other are still present and strong. Throughout the story, Grace and Reed hash out their feelings for each other as they learn that old town rivalries no longer exist between Oak Falls and Meadowside.

Throughout their journey to happily ever after, they face many curveballs, including jobs and family. Though it all, Reed and Grace learn what it means to be with true love.

This was a great start to what will be a great series, I can't wait for the next book!
