Book Review-A Medium's 4th of July-Chariss K Walker

Becky has decided after 6 long years to finally take a vacation. She wants to spend some quality time with her boyfriend, Patrick. Her brother Bobby and his girlfriend decided that they were going also. What none of them remembered (both Becky and Bobby were able to see and converse with ghosts)was that ghosts could find them where ever they might be!!

As they traveled through North Carolina's beautiful interior headed to the camp grounds the scenes of the various waterfalls depicted with such clarity will make you feel you are there. A poor drowned soul almost drowns Becky to get her attention after she jumped from a cliff into the water below. Luckily Bobby could see the ghost--they helped him and continued on their way.--That was only the beginning!

Of course the ghost kitten and puppy were along. Poor Pup knew when there was danger and really tried to warn them-even though no one but Becky and Bobby could hear him. His heroics will warm your heart.

More ghosts kept finding Becky and Bobby and ultimately are the cause of them to be told to not come back to that camp grounds for many years! It was a premonition Patrick had along with dreams that Becky was having that caused this.

The ghost of Becky's sisters ex boyfriend was seen glaring at Becky at the Fourth of July celebration--he was out for revenge---CLIFF HANGER--

You will really enjoy this clean cozy and if you haven't read from Book one there is a recap at the beginning of this one which gives you a bit of a background. If you are like me you will want to read them all (which I have)--and then keep reading as this series continues!

About the Book: (from Amazon)

Becky Tibbs has decided to take a vacation.

For the first time in six years.

For the first time since she became a medium with the vocation of helping ghosts with their unfinished business, whatever it may be.

And, for the first time since taking over the ownership of her late parents' antique store in the River Arts District.

Becky Tibbs is closing the store and taking a much-needed and well-deserved break that has nothing to do with ghosts and everything to do with being in love.

At Patrick's insistence, the two of them are going on a camping trip in Pisgah National Forest with Bobby and Hillary. There will be bathing in the river, cooking over campfires, sleeping in tents, and hiking the trails.

Neither Patrick nor Becky has considered that ghosts can find her anywhere.

If you're wondering what kind of ghost trouble Becky can get into, you won't be disappointed. Find out now!

About the Author: (from Amazon)

Award-winning author, Chariss K. Walker, M.Msc., writes both fiction and nonfiction books with a metaphysical and spiritual component. Her fiction expresses a visionary/metaphysical message that illustrates growth in a character's consciousness while utilizing a paranormal aspect. Her nonfiction books share insight, hope, and inspiration. Even though Chariss writes dark-fiction about insanely dark topics, such as sexual abuse, incest, pedophilia, sexual assault, and other inappropriate dinner conversation, there is always an essential question of the abstract nature that gives a reader increasing awareness and perception. All of her books are sold worldwide in eBook, paperback, and many are in large print. Click the "follow" button to find out when new books are released.
