Book Review-Ski Paw-trol (Vanessa Abbot Cat Cozy Mystery Series Book 7)-Nancy C. Davis

While on vacation at a ski resort with three of their cats a murder occurs. The person murdered--well you might say she really wasn't such a nice person and as such there were plenty of people who might have done it. Although the cats were locked inside the room they seemed to manage to escape every single day. Now I can understand this--my cat is pretty smart also and can open dresser drawers and kitchen cabinets with ease. At any rate wait till you read how one of the cats actually helped catch the killer!!

This is a cute and relatively short book which I was able to read in an hour or so. I bet teens would enjoy this one also!

About the Book: (from Amazon)

Vanessa Abbot and Pete Wheeler are taking a much-deserved vacation at the Dove’s Peak Ski Lodge, thanks to the help of Pete’s old college friend and lodge manager Robert Ipswich. Just when they get settled in, lodge owner Joan Pritchett crashes their party to announce the lodge will be sold to timeshare developers and the staff thrown out without ceremony. No one is more shocked than Pete and Vanessa when a maid finds Joan dead the next morning. Can Vanessa and her cats solve the mystery before the killer destroys the lodge and everyone with it?

This is one book I would love to read. I like stories that involve animals and it seems like it wouldn't be too gory or scary.

I love mysteries and it makes it more interesting with a cat helping to catch the killer. This does so like a short story I would read and maybe my nephew. Thanks for sharing your review.
