What a wonderful and happy story this is. This is definitely a clean, cozy romance which could happen to almost anyone if they are lucky enough! Mrs. Jeeves, the owner of the B&B has a hidden side to her! At the B&B she is ultra conservative--but hidden inside is a fun loving woman with a marvelous voice which for a dare she parleys into free food for her B&B. Claire is suddenly out of a job and turns to Mrs. Jeeves who takes her in-acting more like a Mom then anything else. Meanwhile Claire's father Peter who has raised Claire as a single father her entire life comes to the B&B for a vacation. And the rest as they say is history!

I will definitely be reading more of Bridgitte Lesley's books--what a breathe of fresh air!

About the Book: (from Amazon)

The dreaded B&B turned out to be far superior than expected! Mrs. Jeeves was hot, hot, hot!

Not your typical widow, Mrs. Jeeves had an enterprising B&B which was a little hub of happiness. Life is meant to live. She made sure she lived it!

Peter’s life was centered around work. It had been a long time since he had been home to see the family. The timing for his visit was right.

Claire couldn’t wait for Peter to visit. She had to twist his arm to stay at the B&B. She could sense he wasn’t really keen on the trip. Her father was suddenly a changed man soon after his arrival at the B&B. Claire was impressed.

Distance was a very big factor for Peter and Mrs. Jeeves. Following his first visit they became friends. They grew closer as they communicated. Peter had to make a decision though. He had fallen head over heels in love. Visits were no longer enough. He had to make things permanent.

When he stepped out of the car on his last visit the decision was made!

About the Author: (from Amazon)

Introducing a new character to a reader is something I love doing. Literary fiction is exactly that! Where a story is woven around a character, or even a few. At the same time, romance is part of the deal. I love a happy ever after. But I do enjoy weaving the story of how characters get to meet. In all my novels you will find that thread of romance. From the beginning to the end. Romance is a passion.

Happy moments and sad moments. That is all a part of the deal. You will find them in all my novels. Pretty much the way real life happens. I hope to draw you in and make you feel as if you are a part of the family.

I do hope you get to enjoy my novels. The list will slowly grow. Once you have read one of my novels please leave a review. It really does help.

I am situated near Durban in South Africa. I immerse myself in my novels. Writing has since become my hobby, my past time, and I have turned it in to my full time career. I aim to make each book that I write a pleasure to read. I hope to achieve that.

Definitely sounds like a feel good read. It's nice that it's focusing on romance with slightly older generation in it too.

I am always envious of authors being able to think of a story and characters and then bring them to "life"! This sounds like a great story.

This could be a nice read with an older character. I am used to read books more likely at my age level.

I love reading romance books that are clean also. I also like reading horror. Depending on my moods is what I enjoy reading the most. Either way, curled up under a blanket is usually what I do.
