For Women’s Holiday 2010-11, Genetic Denim expanded on the brand’s foundation – fit, fabrication and individuality – while offsetting the traditional with directional novelty pieces. The seasonal evolution features: The Twig – a higher rise garment-dyed denim with a fitted silhouette; The Liam - a lean, straight leg rendered in signature, soft denim, and The Riley – a slim, elongated bell. New to the line are The Zeplin, Genetic Denim’s rendition of the classic, leather jean and The Caspar, a skinny leather pant with race-inspired perforations and contoured seams.Lush, seasonal tones of ink, smoky grey, Bordeaux, deep leaf green and black currant are incorporated in the favorite silhouettes’ new manifestations – in fine velvet baby wale corduroy, Italian woven lace jacquard and new denim knit.
