The weather around here is just unpredictable--one day hot the next chilly--it is no wonder I'm sitting here and realizing my throat is sore!! And to make matters worse the Honnees which are really good at soothing a sore throat--well they were partially melted into a sticky mess (Honnees have hard outer shell filled with liquid honey!) and I just had to throw them out!!
I think I still have a bit of echinachea left. If I catch the sore throat quick enough--the echinachea stops it in it's tracks for me at least!! I use echinachea-plain--nothing else in it. I put some drops into a glass of water and drink it down.

So until I can locate that bottle of echinachea and get some more Honnees--I'm sitting here munching on a a new flavor corn candy (at least to me) that I saw in the store today--Brachs Maple Candy Corn--YUMMY
Here's hoping we all stay healthy!!!!
