Best for me is getting enough rest, drinking lots of water, and washing hands often so I hopefully won't catch another cold. I usually won't get a cold more than once or twice a year.

I almost always get one bad cold a year that won't go away. Time, rest and plenty of fluids help to get rid of it.

i get alot of cold /allergies and sinus infections ..i just rest drink e-mergenc to help ..

Since I started using a Neti Pot, I haven't had a cold. Everyone else gets colds a few times a year.
ReplyDeleteThankfully I don't get colds too often, but I try to stop it as soon as I start feeling any symptoms by taking medicine. If I do get a cold chicken soup always helps!

I do not get colds. I drink ginger tea made from the real gingerroot. It boosts the immune system.
