  1. Best for me is getting enough rest, drinking lots of water, and washing hands often so I hopefully won't catch another cold. I usually won't get a cold more than once or twice a year.

  6. I almost always get one bad cold a year that won't go away. Time, rest and plenty of fluids help to get rid of it.

  9. I usually get a Cold once or twice a year. Chicken Soup, plenty of fluids and lots of rest seems to work for me.

  22. Since I started using a Neti Pot, I haven't had a cold. Everyone else gets colds a few times a year.

  23. Thankfully I don't get colds too often, but I try to stop it as soon as I start feeling any symptoms by taking medicine. If I do get a cold chicken soup always helps!

  32. I get a cold one or two times a year, my kids round out the rest of the year though LOL. I just make sure I take vitamin C year round, stay hydrated and exercise when I do get the sniffles.
