    My skin (and hair) have changed over the years. Three years ago I finally found a shampoo that works for me. Have not yet found suitable skin care products; maybe this is the one.

    My heartfelt tip is to ALWAYS WEAR SUNSCREEN - even when it is not at all sunny and in Winter!

    I cannot stress enough hope much you will wish you did years from now when your skin become discolored and/or you are diagnosed with skin cancer!

    Exposure to sun causes most of the wrinkles and age spots on our faces. Consider this: One woman at age 40 who has protected her skin from the sun actually has the skin of a 30-year-old!

    We often associate a glowing complexion with good health, but skin color obtained from being in the sun – or in a tanning booth – actually accelerates the effects of aging and increases your risk for developing skin cancer.

    The sun is great, but it can cause havoc on your skin, especially your face. These products sound amazing. I would love to try the Clarity Under Eye Peptide Gel.

    I think one of the most important ways to protect skin is to keep skin hydrated at all times. Also, to drink lots of water.

    I am terrible with taking care of my skin. I honestly don't know the first thing to take care of it. My friend would be telling me that I use this and that product to help but then I forget and I just never use it.
