Book Review - Treating Murder (Medical Thriller) – Gabriella Black

If you are a fan of medical thrillers then you will thoroughly enjoy this first book in a coming series of Veronica Lane, M.D. books. I know I did! You know that old saying-“if anything can go wrong it will-at the worst possible moment”—well that is what happens to this compassionate and caring doctor. Things went from bad to worse from the very beginning. Then just when you think things might be under control-------not only does she have to save herself but ends up having to save her Ex husband. There is also a 15 year old prostitute who Veronica Lane is bound and determined to get off the streets! As for the actual perpetrator of the murder—well you will just have to read the book to find out!! I will definitely be purchasing the next in this series—I want to find out what happens next.

  9. I never think of myself as a hypochondriac until I read a medical thriller. I'm always sure I'll have whatever condition occurs in the story and then imagine myself going through all of trials and tribulations as the characters. Yikes!

  13. I think this book sounds pretty interesting. I usually don't read medical thriller or medical anything books because I have had some bad medical experiences. It scares me more to read that kind of a thing. If I didn't have medical issues I would read this.
