This is one of those murder mysteries that have me laughing, chuckling and smiling throughout the entire book. I mean how could you not with the characters in this series. Madison's Mom is the kind of Mom that can make you groan--thankful that your own Mom isn't like her (my condolences if she is). Her word is law and heaven forbid she is the last to know something!! Madison's brother-the supposedly only normal one in that family has a few surprises up his fisherman's sleeve and Lucas-(the teen who has been informally adopted)-well--lets just say NOTHING fazes him!!
Madison's best friend, Fabiana, gets into a mess this time around when her larcenous ex decides to come around with revenge on his mind. A Hummer is in this storyline--will Madison get to keep it? Madison's on gain off again boyfriend is just as demanding as ever--and the guy her Aunt (the one who left her the property) helped and informally adopted is just waiting for Madison to be free so he can step in all the while trying to save her from herself!!
I am eagerly awaiting the next in this series---this one certainly ends leaving you wanting to know more!!

Overlooking the waters of the Biscayne Bay sits a mansion where all hell has broken loose.
Madison Westin has found herself and her bombshell best friend, Fabiana Merceau, caught up in deep trouble—yet again. This time, Fab is implicated as the only suspect in a high-profile double homicide on a beautiful private island. The girls have to act quickly and quietly, searching for a way to set the record straight and secure Fab’s freedom. Along the way, Madison must choose between two men, evade an ever-watchful mother, and dodge shady criminals as they try to solve a Murder in Paradise.

About the Author
I've been writing, in one way or another for as long as I can remember; writing poetry, short stories, a romance novel secretly stashed under the bed and sappy love letters. Fiction should be fun. I wanted to create the perfect beach book, to make the reader laugh, cry and cheer... and then run out and tell their friends about it.
My love of reading began when I was seven, the day I opened the cover of my first Mrs. Piggle Wiggle book. Mrs. P gave lessons to other children in how to behave and to me I learned to love the written word. I live with my family and demon children aka rescue cats in South Florida.
