January is National Tea Month. I was so happy when Salada Tea and Red Rose Tea agreed to sponsor me in The Tea & Coffee Giveaway Hop hosted by Jubilee Reviews. I am no novice to tea having had an English Grandfather and a tea drinking Mom! Red Rose Tea was also a staple in our home when I was growing up! Just a little aside here--I never drank a cup of coffee until I went to college. Although I do drink a lot of coffee these days-tea is still my go to drink when I am not feeling up to par or in the summertime. I generally will purchase and drink Black Teas and fully expected to prefer the Red Rose Teas. Because I had never really gotten into the Green Teas it was with trepidation that I made my first cup of one of the Salada Green teas.
When I received the box I was amazed at the amount of tea I was sent. Each of the below boxes contains 20 individually wrapped teabags.
The Salada Green Tea:
Soothing Chamomile Blend, Raspberry Chamomile Flavor – naturally decaffeinated
I did not attempt to try the Soothing Chamomile Blend tea because I know for a fact I am allergic to Chamomile, so I gave it to one of my friends who assured me it was delicious!
Metabolism: Botanicals + Green Tea Extract, Natural Apricot flavor
This one really smells delicious and tastes great.
Immunity: Contains Vitamin C & Echinacea, Peach Nectarine flavor
THIS ONE is my absolute favorite and will be buying it once I run out. The aroma of the peach really stands out and the
you can taste that peachy freshness.
Salada ACTIVE BLEND Green Tea is also available in Energy Boost and Fiber Boost blends. They were made to give you an added energy kick and an enjoyable way to add more fiber into your diet.
I was also sent 4 boxes of the Simply Indulgent Red Rose Teas.
Red Rose Simply Indulgent Teas are handcrafted black teas blended with specially developed natural flavor extracts. These blends marry high-quality tea standards with premium natural flavors. 2 of the boxes of 20 teabags each contained decaffinated tea, 2 caffinated. All 4 of these smell divine as you lift the cup to your lips-the taste does not come through but that did not seem to bother me at all--You will have to steep these tea bags for a bit longer to bring out the taste. My personal favorite--the Creme Caramel!
Red Rose Simply Indulgent Decaffinated Tea:
Cinnamon Streusel & Lemon Chiffon
Red Rose Simply Indulgent Caffinated Tea:
Creme Caramel & Peach Cobbler
The Red Rose Simply Indulgent tea also comes in Vanilla Biscotti, Spiced Chai, Cinnamon Bun and Sweet Mint. I will be buying the Sweet Mint since Peppermint Tea is an all time favorite of mine!
One lucky winner will receive exactly what I received! 4 Boxes of Simply Indugent Red Rose Tea and 3 Boxes of the Salada Healthful Green teas each teabag individually wrapped.
a Rafflecopter giveaway
Here are the other participating blogs in this hop-Go see what they all have to offer!!
I received 7 boxes of teas for review purposes. All opinions expressed are my own honest opinions. For more information please check my Disclosure Statement. Our giveaways are in no way sponsored or promoted by Facebook.
