This app is especially beneficial for women who tend to run a lot of errands alone. Do you often go to the grocery store during the day while your husband is at work? Maybe you find yourself heading on a walk with the kids in the morning and don't bother to let anyone know where you're going. You might even be heading to a play group at a new friend's house. With this app, you can quickly send your husband, friends, or relatives a text message that lets them track where you are at every moment. Should a problem occur while you're out, you won't have to worry about sending directions to someone to come help you. Your loved ones will have your exact GPS location! Once you get home, you can click the "I'm safe" button to let everyone know that you made it back in one piece.

ReplyDeleteI love this app. When I was on a busy road with tons of stores tucked in tons of strip malls trying to find the Apple store, this came in huge handy. I couldn't see a sign from the road and this app told me I was already where I needed to be to the exact point. Very very cool.

ReplyDeleteI have been approached twice in the last two weeks by men asking for money. I would not think anything of it but watched both of them sit back and wait until I was in the middle of two cars (putting my little one in his car seat for one of the encounters) I love that this app is out there. This was the first time in ages that I used the keys in between my fingers just in case I needed to defend myself.

ReplyDeleteAlthough some people might find this a little stalkerish, I love this ap and would definitely use it. I can't tell you how many times my family will try and get a hold of me and say "where are you?" This would solve that problem.
