There are also ways to detect some cancers quickly-and the earlier the detection the better the chances of full recovery from this devastating disease. Medical researchers have come a long way in understanding and treatment but is still in it's infancy. My small change this month would be to stop eating any processed foods. Eat more fresh veggies and fruits and drink more water each day
ReplyDeleteOne small change: drink a couple of ounces of milk every time I feel the urge to eat some food. Milk can be quite filling. :)

I don't drink or smoke. I don't drink coffee. I cut out soft drinks in April, along with a bunch of other ways I changed what I ate/drank to be more healthy.
