    My very favorite part of Halloween was especially when our 5 kids were growing up, from the time they could even speak I would tell them they could be Anything they wanted even if it was something made up and I would make a costume for them of that. We even won quite a few costume contests along the way but the best part was how excited they would be.

    I love Halloween because the children get a kick out the the decorations and being able to dress up like they want and we usually have a party for family and friends to celebrate Halloween with lots of goodies for the kids

    I love to trick or treat with my kids. It is also the kick off of the holiday season for me. I love this time of the year because we spend so much more time together as a family and to me that is the most important thing is making memories.

    I like Halloween because it's the time that my friends grudgingly say yes when I ask them to see a horror movie. Most of my friends are wimps! :)

    I really don’t know exactly what it is about Halloween that I personally like. But Halloween was always a fun night for my sisters and me when we were growing up and we loved the idea of getting free and LOTS of candy on that night. And plus you get to dress up as anything you wanted to. I guess I like that the kids can just let go one night out of the year and have fun dressing up as a character.

    I do like Halloween, but it's mostly the smell of the leaves and the crispness in the air that I love.

    I don't like Halloween because it leads to so much garbage - all the little candy wrappers, but also the poorly-made costumes and decorations. The idea is fun, but it could be done so much more sustainably.

    Our kids are all grown up and we really miss the whole Halloween experience with them. My husband and I get such a kick out of the little one dressed up who come to the door. We always say we'll take turns getting up to answer the door, but often we call each other to come see the cute little cowboy, witch, or whatever. We both end up going every time! LOL Our dressed up dog goes each time too! The kids LOVE him! =)

    I have always thought Halloween is a fun Holiday. Now that our Son is grown and doing his own thing on Halloween, we enjoy dressing up our little dog, Bullitt.     Halloween is one of my favorite festivities because I can wear my gothic costume and sometimes I take guesses whether people I see in costumes are people or real ghosts. Halloween is creepy fun.

    I love Halloween because I love seeing the excitement on our 3 childrens' faces when they are all dressed up and ready to head out trick or treating! I also love it because our tiny town has a Halloween Party at our town hall every year and we have so much fun seeing all of the costumes, showing everyone our kids costumes, having snacks, playing games, and winning prizes! It's a great way to be involved in our community :)

    Halloween is my favorite holiday, so all the things I love about it would be a little long to list. However, I'll go with two. I love pumpkin carving, and my friends, family, and neighborhood at large like to see what new and intricate designs I carve into my 'kins. I also adore dressing up in costume, because it allows you to be someone you're not (or perhaps be who you really are?) for one night.

    I love Halloween because its a fun family day for us all. We take our three kids trick or treating, we carve pumpkins early and set them out, we decorate early in the month for it and have our annual Halloween party later in the evening. We just have a lot of fun together and I love it.
