Arthur, Dani's sou chef and a private investigator really has a feeling there is something wrong. Why would 4 people die after hosting a political fundraising event for the same person? Dani still wants to do the catering job but agrees to let Arthur check it all out. There was something wrong all right-but it took a while to figure it all out. I could not help feeling for the person who did it!!

Meanwhile Matt has finally asked Brigitt to marry him--It was supposed to be right after this event--but would be a big surprise!

Dani's little 10 year old going on 20 niece is really getting some fantastic ideas that Dani is none to happy about--you will have to laugh at most of them as Dani tries to convince her that NO--these things are not going to happen!!

All turns out the way one would hope and of course the recipes at the end sound temptingly delicious!

About the Book: (from Amazon)

Fundraisers can be fatal. Just ask the four wealthy hosts who opened their homes to a political candidate running for the U.S. Senate. On second thought, don't bother, because they're all dead!

The only connection between the four people who died is the campaign consultant used by the Senate candidate. Each of the four fundraising events was set up by him. However, there was absolutely no reason to suspect that the campaign consultant was somehow involved in these mysterious deaths. After all, working with wealthy people who are willing to host a political fundraiser, is a critically important part of a campaign consultant's job.

When Dani is asked to cater a political fundraiser hosted by the wealthy owner of a Napa winery, she's ecstatic. A lot of the movers and shakers in California will be attending the event. But when she tells her sous-chef, Arthur, who is also the owner of an international private investigation firm about it, he tells her he doesn't want her to do it, because he's heard that four people have died who hosted fundraisers for the candidate.

He's afraid the Napa fundraiser might result in a fifth death, and he doesn't want Dani, and her precocious niece, to be collateral damage. Dani encourages Arthur to solve the mystery of the deaths, so she can cater the prestigious event.

Join Arthur and his right-hand man, Matt, as they crisscross California searching for a possible murderer and a motive. And Matt has a personal interest in solving the mystery, because it just might affect his upcoming wedding.

I would send a litter to their supervisor.

I would try to talk to them about what they were saying and if they didn't stop it might come back to bite them

I would say something back to them. Anything that could not be changed in 5 minutes is not something you should be talking about.

I would try and talk to someone. If that didn't work I would move on to some place better.

I guess I would ignore the comment. I'd hope their listener had better sense than to pay any attention to the cruel comment.

I would talk to them about it and see if we could resolve the issue.

I would probably confront the person.

It depends a few different factors. Who it is that is talking and what kind of mood I would be in. I would probably say something and then later regret it.

I would confront the person and also go to my supervisor and document the entire thing.

I absolutely hate confrontation, therefore I would try to ignore it. If it continued, I would probably go to someone else, to talk to.

My feelings would be hurt but I would be as nice to that person as I possibly could. Mean people often punish themselves. I refuse to stoop to their level.

I would pray about the situation and go from there. I would try not to act in ager and seek God's will. Thank you
