$25 Amazon/PP-1-WW-Holly and the Underage Party-Dianne Harman Ends 9/22

Tuesday, September 7, 2021

Holly's little car was hit while parked next to her house. It was two teens who had been drinking at a party that was held in the woods almost every weekend. They never left a note. When Holly reports it to the Sheriff he has an inspiration. Could Holly go under cover and find out who was purchasing the booze for these parties. The Sheriff had been wanting to shut it down but wanted to know the buyer who was supplying the alcohol to under age drinkers. Bridgitt was out of town on a case and her Dad agreed she could do it.

She and her two friends weren't sure where to start and they began by questioning several people. She did find the kid who bashed her car and managed to get him to pay for part of it. But he wasn't who she was looking for (well he was-but not for the Sheriff).

They really took some chances and ended up going to that party in the woods to learn more. The culprit was located! The Sheriff called--and hopefully those underage parties would end once and for all.

You will love the ending--I know I did!!

I don't remember anybody like that. As for reporting to police, not sure, I was really shy back then.

My mother would have killed me if I got caught, but I would not turn anyone in either.

A family member got us beer, but only on a holiday and us had to stay in the house. No driving. We didn't turn the person in.

I'm not sure who bought it for them but a lot of my class would be drinking and a couple were drunk at graduation.

No I never knew anyone like that in High school since I never went to parties

We had a couple of cliques in my small high school. One group drank and partied and the other did not. I was in the group who did not drink so I don’t know where they got the alcohol. I would not have turned anyone in, though.

I know someone bought alcohol for the "cool kids" to drink when I was in high school. I didn't run in those crowds, so I never knew who their source was.

I'm sure it went on but I wasn't in any of those circles. I would help the police if there weren't consequences if/when I was discovered.

No, when I went to school I didn't know anyone in my group who did that. I would help the police as long as I could stay anonymous.
