Paranormal events do exist as this novel based on the author's experiences will prove. It is the story of a woman who is unhappily married to a man she loves. It takes a whole lot of cheating on both their parts to recognize that she has to leave the marriage. As a matter of fact she didn't even realize that she was being abused--her husband never laid a hand on her--the abuse was verbal which can actually be a whole lot worse! Her husband was a police officer and I know a couple of women personally who married then divorced them--For some reason there are some that can not leave their jobs at the office--the anger follows them to their homes!!

This book will take you through the haunting of their home by a malicious spirit through to the realization that she has to change her life. It is rather long but should keep you interested as it did me.

The next time something goes bump in the night and/or strange occurrences happen--look into yourself for the devil that lives within!

Based on a true story of exorcism and paranormal events, this story's undercurrent is a dysfunctional relationship between Savaunah and her husband, Alex, that prompts Savaunah to blame God for her unhappiness and dares Him to prove he is real. The bizarre response takes the surreal to a whole other realm--literally.

In Michele Zirkle's debut novel, Rain No Evil, lead character Savannah needs more protection than her police officer husband can provide when a few demons infiltrate her life. As one demon soaks the interior of her home, another pops up in her mirror. Just knowing that an evil presence could be buried within her skin almost scares the hell right out of her. Almost. It takes a lady with divine light to do that.

"There's a rare honesty in the writing of Rain No Evil. After reading this story, I remembered everything that happened as though the events had actually happened to me. I've never experienced that before in a book, and I can tell you I have never been so pulled into a story as I have with this one. It can't be placed into a neat box of horror or suspense or supernatural. It is as original as it is fascinating. Wickedly funny, yet profoundly sincere and thought provoking. I loved it." - Michael Knost, Bram Stoker Award-winning editor and author of Return of the Mothman.

If it happened, I would not handle such an encounter very well.

Well When I bump into a ghost or two, I just listen and they would move away on their own.

I would handle a paranormal encounter by screaming and freezing!!!!

I would be so excited (I think) if I experienced a paranormal activity. It might be scary, but it would be super exciting.

I do not think that I would handle any encounter very well. Basically I would probably freak out.

My dad passed away in the house I'm living in 5 years ago. I am always seeing shadows go past my bedroom door to look out the front door. I just tell him to hello and he goes back by. He would let me know he was here by ringing my doorbells. It freaks me out a little but he is telling me he is watching over me and is here.
