Whenever my stomach is hurting, whether from excess gas or having eatten something that did not agree with me-I can't always resist spicy foods and the OTC stomach remedies are just not working--I head straight for the box of Peppermint Tea that I always have in my pantry. It invariably does the trick--no more pain!!!!! Gas leaves (make sure you are alone if you can) and my sore tummy is soothed.

It does have to be JUST Peppermint or it does not work. It is sometimes hard to find in the grocery stores--and don't even try to buy just a cup anywhere--that is almost always a mint medley of some sort.

Puritan's Pride has been MY go to for vitamins and other items for years now--their prices really can't be beat. They always seem to be having some kind of sale going on. Right now they have Peppermint Tea buy one get one. Click the pic above to be taken directly to that page. To see what else that you might need click into any of the Puritan's Pride link. I think you will be happily sirprised!!

I'm a big mint tea fan too! Great for indigestion and also, weirdly, as both a cooling drink on a hot day and a warming one on a cold day.
My favourite in the UK is Twinings Moroccan Mint. Delicious!

I love peppermint tea. I drink it most nights to help settle my stomach.

I like to drink peppermint tea, too. It not only soothes my tummy if it's upset, but it also relaxes muscles, and will help me to sleep better.

Very informative, I had no idea that Peppermint tea helped with stomach issues that I occasionally experience. I bet it tastes great in the summer on a hot day served iced!

I too always reach for peppermint for an upset tummy. Though I never have used tea, I may try that in the future as I love this brand already!
