Print books.
Thanks for the chance to win!
February 5, 2013 at 1:15 AM

Congratulations Natasha! All you have to do is reply to the email I will be sending you in just a few minutes with your full name and mailing address and I will get both these great books out in the mail to you.

I am one of those people who still prefers a book I can hold and turn the pages. I also have yet to get an e-reader of any kind! I know-I have to get one eventually!! So when I Am a Reader Not a Writer posted about this hop--I jumped on it!!

I will be giving 1 lucky winner 2 of my currently favorite books. I have included the links so you can read the reviews that I wrote.

Seasons of the Vineyard by Catherine MacDonald

The Disappearance by Susan Berliner

I truly loved both these books and know you will as well!!

Please remember to put your email address in each and ever comment you make so that if you are the winner I will be able to contact you!!

Mandatory: In a comment tell me if you prefer e-books or print books or a different
type (audio etc)

Extra: Like me on GFC (to the right)

I like both print & ebooks for different reasons. With print books, it is easy to thumb through and re-read favorite sections, and there is just nothing like the feel and scent of a dead tree book. But ebooks are easier to carry around and store, plus if you are reading something a little (or alot *w*) smexy, it stays private.

Thanks for the giveaway and blog stop.

Definitely print. I like holding a book. And I am terrible with technology. Add to the list that ebooks can be taken back without your permission, and I am definitely a print kind of girl.

It depends on the book but in general I prefer e-books (Nook). There are some books (the ones I decide are keepers) that I have to have the hard back print editions.

I like to hold a book most of the time but on occasion, like when going on a trip I like an ebook better because I can take more than one without the weight of more than one. Plus, ebooks are cheaper when you want to get a new bestseller that hasn't come out in paperback yet.

Thank you for the giveaway.

I still prefer the print books - I've never had the flight attendant tell me, "Sir, we're about to land, you're going to have to shut your paperback ..."

BUT I learned to love the audio book when I had a long commute, and now do 1/3 or so of my reading that way even though the commute is shorter.

Where as I like the ease and convenience of ebooks, I prefer printed books mostly because I like to model reading for for children and nothing does that better than a good old fashioned book!

I love my printed books. I only just got a Kindle last Saturday because I'm going on a semester abroad in about two and a half weeks... and I can't live without books! And there's the space and weight limits involved, too...

I love holding a paper book and being able to check back - that's tough to do on kindle, but we travel a lot and ebooks are so easy. My kindle is always in my bag, so it's paper at home and ebooks when not! Thanks for joining the hop!
